Custom WooCommerce development
Custom functionality, integrations and checkout logic built the way WooCommerce expects: through its APIs and hooks, compatible with HPOS, tested on staging and documented — so the next update does not break it.
What we build
Typical development work
Checkout and cart logic
Custom fields, fees, validation, shipping and payment rules.
ERP, CRM and external APIs
Order, stock and customer sync with retries, logging and idempotency.
REST API endpoints and webhooks
Secure endpoints, webhook consumers and producers.
Custom plugins
Store-specific features packaged as a maintainable plugin instead of theme snippets.
Rescuing legacy custom code
Code that breaks with every update, PHP 8 or HPOS — refactored or rewritten.
Background processing
Heavy work moved to Action Scheduler instead of slowing down customer requests.
How the code is built
- WooCommerce CRUD and hooks — no core edits, minimal template overrides
- HPOS-compatible from the start
- Heavy or external work run in the background through Action Scheduler
- Idempotent webhook and API handling, with retries and logging through
wc_get_logger() - Version control and staging before production
What you receive
- Working, tested code in your repository
- Documentation: what it does, how to configure it, what to watch on updates
- A handover your team or next developer can maintain
Built for the next update, not just this one
Most fragile WooCommerce customisations share the same patterns: copied core templates that drift out of date, direct database queries on orders, external API calls inside the checkout request, and business logic scattered across theme files. They work on the day they are written and fail at the next update.
Custom work here follows a few rules. Logic lives in a plugin, not the theme. Orders are read and written through the WooCommerce CRUD API, so HPOS is not a migration project later. Anything slow or external runs in the background with retries. Every integration logs enough to answer "what happened to this order?" without guessing.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you take over existing custom code?
Yes. It starts with a review of the existing code to see what can be kept, what needs fixing and what is safer to rewrite.
Do you build complete stores or themes?
No. The focus is WooCommerce engineering: functionality, integrations, data and performance. Design and full store builds are outside the scope.
Who owns the code?
Ownership and licensing are agreed in the project terms before work starts.
