For WordPress and WooCommerce agencies
Your senior WooCommerce technical partner.
Agencies can hand difficult WooCommerce engineering to a senior specialist without hiring another full-time developer — and without handing over the client relationship.
What agencies send us
Client problems that need a specialist
Client checkout broken
After an update, a theme change or a new extension.
Payment integration failing
Orders stuck in pending, missing webhooks, charged-without-order.
HPOS migration
Custom code and extensions to audit before switching order storage.
Custom plugin conflict
Two extensions — or your own code — fighting over the same hooks.
Performance problems
Slow checkout, slow admin, 502/504 errors under load.
API integration
ERP, CRM and marketplace syncs that fail or duplicate data.
Database issues
Inconsistent order data, locks, bloated tables.
Production emergency
A client store losing orders right now.
How the partnership works
- You keep the client relationship and decide what is shared with the client
- We work in the environments and repositories you give access to
- Findings are written so you can forward them — or rework them in your voice
- Per problem, or as an ongoing partnership with reserved time
What we take on
- Root-cause diagnosis of difficult WooCommerce problems
- Emergency fixes on client production stores
- HPOS audits and migrations, PHP upgrades
- Performance investigations and optimisation
- Integrations, custom plugins and code review of your team's work
What you receive
- A technical findings report per problem
- The fix as a commit, patch or pull request
- Documentation your team can maintain
How a typical escalation runs
- Your team describes the client problem through the diagnosis form — or directly, once we work together regularly.
- Access to staging, repository and logs is arranged by your team, kept to the minimum needed.
- We investigate and send written findings: root cause, evidence, recommended fix and estimate.
- Once you agree, the fix is implemented and tested, and handed over as a commit or pull request with documentation.
- Your team stays in control of the client communication and the release.
Why agencies use a specialist
Most agency teams are strong at building and maintaining WordPress sites. The difficult WooCommerce problems — payment handoffs, HPOS, Action Scheduler backlogs, performance under load, integrations that duplicate orders — are rare enough that hiring for them full-time makes no sense, and costly enough when they go wrong that guessing is not an option.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Will you contact our client directly?
Only if you want us to. By default communication goes through your agency, and findings are written for your team.
Do you offer white-label services?
Not as a formal white-label product. How WooRescue HQ is presented to your client is agreed per project.
Can we use you only for occasional problems?
Yes. Many agencies start with a single diagnosis or emergency fix. An ongoing partnership makes sense once the same stores keep needing senior engineering.
Do you replace our developers?
No. The idea is the opposite: your team keeps building and maintaining client sites, and difficult WooCommerce engineering has somewhere to go.
