About WooRescue HQ
WooRescue HQ provides senior WooCommerce troubleshooting and engineering services. It helps diagnose and fix WooCommerce checkout, payment, order, HPOS, performance and integration problems for WooCommerce stores and WordPress agencies.
What we do
WooRescue HQ exists for the WooCommerce problems that are hard to solve: checkouts that fail after an update, payments that succeed without creating orders, order data that does not add up, stores that slow down under load, and integrations that break in ways nobody can explain. The work covers the whole stack around WooCommerce — PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, background jobs, the server, the CDN and the external services a store depends on.
How we work
- Root cause first. We investigate before recommending fixes. A workaround that hides the symptom is not a fix.
- Direct technical communication. You talk to the engineer doing the work, in clear language, with the evidence behind every conclusion.
- Documented. You know what was changed, where and why — so the next developer, or the next update, is not a surprise.
- Honest about scope. Prices are starting prices, complex problems are scoped after diagnosis, and nobody can guarantee a fix before understanding the problem.
What we don't do
WooRescue HQ is not a general WordPress agency, a plugin-installation service or a 24/7 helpdesk. We don't build themes or complete stores, and we don't sell maintenance plans that consist of clicking "update". Urgent technical issues are assessed based on severity, availability and scope.
Who is behind WooRescue HQ
WooRescue HQ is a Digital Agency Barcelona company, operated by SW Web Digital Agency Barcelona Corp S.L., based in Castelldefels (Barcelona, Spain). We work with WooCommerce stores and agencies in English, Spanish, French and Catalan.
WooRescue HQ is an independent engineering service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Automattic, the WordPress Foundation or any payment provider.
